The operation failed with an error. WAITING_UPLOAD

Hi
I cannot find any resources online to solve this error:
The operation failed with an error. WAITING_UPLOAD

The scenario gets an MP4, and creates a linkedin company post daily (it also pushes the post o inst and facebook).
The scenario had been working fine for the past five months, but it suddenly started throwing this error three days ago.

Helpful info to troubleshoot:
-The video is valid, as the publish to instagram and facebook are still sucessful
-I have 2 company pages. The current one ā€˜Geometry of the day’ throws an error, but if I switch to my 2nd page, it does go through.

since today I got also upload issue with Meta:

ā€œerrorā€: {
ā€œmessageā€: ā€œMedia ID is not availableā€,
ā€œtypeā€: ā€œOAuthExceptionā€,
ā€œcodeā€: 9007,
ā€œerror_subcodeā€: 2207027,
ā€œis_transientā€: false,

Same here, video posting to Linkedin works fine for weeks, videos all < 100Mb. All videos already posted once without problem. Now error WAITING_UPLOAD pops up everytime on every video.

I have the same problem. This used to work fine up until the start of this week. I upload very small videos, no more than 5 megabytes. Would be great if this issue could be solved, or at least, a solution could be given.

Anyone here has a paid subscription, and hence can create a ticket for us? please?
Or @vendy Could you bring a dev guy from your team to help us here?
Seems we are all stuck, and the issue is not being resolved by no one at the moment

Hi, I’ve been having the same problem here for a few days now…

Can the Make team look into this issue?

@vendy @Michaela This is a problem that seems to affect all users. So I don’t see the point in everyone creating a ticket.

Thanks.

What are you trying to achieve?

Hi, In my workflow I’m using the linkedin module : Create a user video Post.
When my video is less that 10Mb, it is ok all works fine, but for example with a 45MB video, I get an error : RuntimeError
WAITING_UPLOAD…
I don’t know how to solve this problem…
could you help me ?

Hi, I’ve been having the same problem here for a few days now…
Even with videos as small as 2MB.

Hi everyone @here, thanks for raising this in the community.

We’re checking internally to see if other users are experiencing the same issue and to make sure our team is aware.

In the meantime, could you double-check that your media meets LinkedIn’s required formats? For reference:

  • Images with less than 36,152,320 pixels.
  • JPG, GIF, and PNG formats
  • GIF format supports up to 250 frames

Also, if your subscription allows, submitting a support ticket with all the relevant details is the fastest way for our Customer Care team to investigate and escalate to the dev team if needed. This helps ensure the situation is addressed as efficiently as possible.

Thanks for your collaboration :folded_hands:

@Michaela Thank you for your feedback.

We are talking about a video upload problem, this has nothing to do with images.

I don’t understand your message.

Hello @Miles0 , thanks for flagging that :folded_hands:

The instructions I shared earlier were meant as general guidance from our dev team, which applies primarily to posts, my apologies.

For videos specifically, please make sure they meet the following criteria:

  • Length: 3 seconds to 30 minutes
  • File size: 75 KB to 500 MB
  • File format: MP4
  • Height: 360 pixels – 1920 pixels
  • Width: 360 pixels – 1920 pixels
  • Aspect ratio: 9:16 (0.563) – 16:9 (1.778)

You can find more details here:

Could you please check this on your end and let us know how it goes?

The same error occurs with videos that, uploaded directly to Linkedin, do not cause any problems.

Hello everyone

I just wanted to let you know that our dev team is now actively looking into this. We’ll provide updates as soon as we hear from them.

We’re very sorry for any trouble and disruptions this is causing.

Thank you very much for your patience and understanding while we investigate this :folded_hands:

Hi, I’m also running into the exact same issue. Image uploads are working fine, but whenever I try to upload a video (MP4, less than 4 MB, aspect ratio 9:16), the operation fails with WAITING_UPLOAD.

I’ve confirmed the file meets LinkedIn’s requirements (format, size, length, resolution), and the same video uploads without any issue if I post it directly through LinkedIn. The error only happens when using the Make.com LinkedIn module.

Would appreciate any update or workaround from the team — this seems to be blocking all automated video publishing at the moment.

Thanks in advance :folded_hands:
