Throwing errors on purpose using HTTP Module (workaround) not working anymore

From my experience the Workaround - Using HTTP Module doesn’t work anymore, because meanwhile the HTTP module only gives warnings instead errors:

So the Error Handling - Throw docs need an update from my point of view (remove the Workaround using HTTP module).

I guess someone updated the docs.
So it should work as described in the docs now: Throw - Help Center
