Hello i’m new to this, and lately for y shopify shop make have been of great help for writting my product descriptions.
The problem is that I dont know why the watch product option work only when it wants to, I wont change anything to the options, for the same setting it will work, or it wont work without any noticeable changes.
As of today i’m entirely unable to run any scenario.
There is litterally 2 options on the watch module, I updated the module resetted the shopify connections dozens of times, yet it wont bulge. same message it dont want to go forward to the open AI module.
never mind guys i found the solution to my problem my self barely 10 minutes of headaches later.
The problem is that there is an option here
I didnt give it much toughts, it tought it was about when the program was given to start. So i selected from now on
But it wasnt about the program, it was about the date of the product the module can watch, it means that if i select from now on it will only watch product that have been addedd after i setted up the scenario.
And since my products have been set up before, it couldnt work.
The fix is to select ALL.
