Update newest Row

Hello,
Is there a way to have the update row module for Google Sheets to update the newest row? I have a Google Form that a user is filling out and I need to edit the response data before it is sent to a Google Doc template, but I only see the option a specific row and not the newest one(s) added to the sheet

I have the update working sucessfully, is there a way for it to search for any new row that has not been updated before?

What do you mean by “newest row”? Are you referring to the row with the last updated cell, or the last row containing data?

How is new data in the sheet inserted? Manually or via Make?
