I know Make has announced that it is considering HIPAA compliance for it’s users.
I was curious if anyone knows if make has any plans to begin signing BAAs.
Welcome to the community. As far as I know, Make is considered to be HIPAA compliant but is NOT certified. At this point Make is gathering demand for HIPAA demand and won’t sign individuals BAAs. (e.g. Information Security Compliance (SOC2, ISO27001, HIPAA, etc.) - #3 by Michaela, Is make HIPAA compliant?)
I cannot speak for Make, so I cannot confirm current procedures or status.
