Upload video to Tik Tok?

The Tik Tok module seems to allow for an .mp3 file upload but not a video.
Any suggestions?

Make an API Call module of tiktok, talks to https://business-api.tiktok.com/open_api

Video upload API of tiktok should talk to ```
https://open.tiktokapis.com/v2/post/publish/inbox/video/init/
``
