Urgent: OpenAI Module Errors in All Scenarios (Last 12 Hours)

What is the problem & what have you tried?

All of my scenarios using the OpenAI module have been frequently encountering the error shown below over the last 12 hours.

Could you please investigate and let me know what is causing this issue?

Error messages or input/output bundles

[401] You have insufficient permissions for this operation. Missing scopes: api.threads.read. Check that you have the correct role in your organization (Reader, Writer, Owner) and project (Viewer, Member, Owner), and if you’re using a restricted API key, that it has the necessary scopes.
Automatic failure response was sent to the webhook.

I’ve found the root cause. OpenAI confirmed it’s an issue on their end and they are fixing it. It’s still happening, but much less frequently than before.
