Using information in google sheet

Hi,

I have some information on a google sheet and would want to send and email to a specific individual in a row. Which is the best option to use.
I am creating a scenario using the google sheet. The selected row triggers and sends information on to chatgpt or claude. This will then compile an email and send it to the person in question.
Which of the google sheet options will be suitable for this?
