  1. Make itself doesn’t directly support the social media direct messaging.

However it does let you use other platform’s APIs which would allow you to do so. This is important because there’s no single social network tool I’ve found to do it all. Therefore Make acting as a controller is great to ensure consistent output.

  1. Yes, in taking the above idea, just cycle through your accounts instead of replicating scenarios.

  3. You might consider a more deliberate marketing automation platform instead like HubSpot or others because much of your implied functionality needs is probably 80% built in them.
