I created a scenario to extract data from a single cell in Airtable. My goal is to analyze this data and then report specific information into new cells.

For example: Cell A contains the information B, C, D, E.

In Airtable, I created Cells B, C, D, E.

The scenario analyzes Cell A to find information B, C, D, E.

Using ChatGPT, I have created prompts for each piece of information (B, etc.) to extract the relevant data.

The necessary APIs, including OpenAI and the one connecting to Airtable, are validated and functioning.

However, when I run the scenario, which includes 180 lines, I encounter an issue where the server appears to be waiting, and nothing happens even after 2 hours. No error messages are displayed.

This type of error persists across all the scenarios I have created.

Any chance to get a feedback ? Support from make did not come back to me so far

This is really a support issue. Other users like us can’t know what’s going on behind the scenes.

You’ll just have to be patient or upgrade to priority support.
