This is a constant occurrence. Are there reasons for it, how to avoid it. Is it the problem with our server configuration or I have to setup make automations differently.

There isn’t much to set up incorrectly.
Try setting up a second scenario with test data, not mapped from other modules—just typed into fields. If the error doesn’t occur, focus on the input data—there might be an error there. Especially try different statuses.
However, your problem is most likely caused by a WordPress error on server side. Are you able to post from CMS?
