I don’t have screenshot of the unsuccessful scenario for the 4th December.
To exit this scenario and look at history, must I save your changes using syntax, or revert back to the ones from yesterday where I used “pick(1.Payment status)”

Hi Samliew,
To give you some background, I have been trying to set up this recurring monthly payment subscription for about 2 months. It’s not working.
For the conditions, I tried to use the:
a) blue boxes from PayPal dropdown, b) typing the fields and values manually, and use pick(1.Payment status)=Completed
Nothing worked for some unknown reason.
Only on December 1st, I got a successful activity on my scenario, the branches fired, and Kit delivered my 2 automated sequences. This was using a $1 Test Plan.
I tried a purchase on December 4th, and it did not work again.
I am not seeing anything trigger in my scenario, but in HISTORY, I can see the successful Payment status completed and Transaction type recurring_payment
Today Karmic asked me to use the syntax method {{1.Payment status}}=Completed, but then he asked to select the blue boxes from the PayPal dropdown instead and delete the syntax entries.
I am so confused and exhausted. I must find a solution. It can’t be that difficult?
Hello, is there anyone out there who can help me solve ‘Why my PayPal IPN is not passing through my router and branches?
Your screenshots of the filter doesn’t match mine yet. Try selecting variables from the variables panel as shown in my previous post.
Once this is done, kindly provide updated screenshots of your setup so that I can verify that the variables in your module/filters are set up correctly.

It seems that there is no such variable from the trigger module called “Profile” or “Status”, which you have mapped out of thin air.
Try deleting this filter condition.
Alternatively, you can simply toggle on the “fallback” route, so that the bottom route becomes the “last resort” — does not run unless all the other routes don’t pass their filters.

Hi Samliew,
Apologies for my delayed reply. Without electricity for the past 2 days due to a sub-station on fire.
This should not matter, as you’ve used a Contains CI filter operation.
Hope this helps! If you are still having trouble, please provide more details.

Thank you for your response, Samliew.
I have created a Sandbox Test Product scenario.
Please advise if I should do a Sandbox test first. (too costly for all the test I have done previously)
If you think it’s a good idea, should I use a ‘Sandbox Test Product scenario’?
My main issue is that the PayPal webhook is receiving the IPN from PayPal.
However, the Active and Inactive Branches are not firing.
