Is there a way to update this spreadsheet dropdown automatically on Make.com?

This is for my outreach system and what I am trying to do after I have sent an email to the first 200 of my leads I want it to be automatically updated into Emailed instead of Pending.

And is there a way to filter the “Emailed” so that when I try to send another outreach to a new 200 leads it won’t it wouldn’t try to repeat and send an email to the “Emailed” prospects?

You may try using Google Sheets Update a Row module and in column J set the text to Emailed

For searching, use Google Sheets Search Rows and enter in Pending as the criteria for Column J.
