Funny thing is my paid account is old (in AI terms) and I have a friend with a newer account that have it.

Is there a time frame? It seems a lot of folks have it, and I just got the ai agent tools, but for whatever reason Make AI tools for me is crickets chirping…

Do you mean that you already have Make AI Agents and you are asking about Make AI Tools? Please be patient, this feature (Make AI Tools) is being developed and will be out soon. 
I had the same issue - turned out I was on the Free plan. Once I switched to Pro, the AI tools showed up in my dashboard without needing to do anything else.

AI tools only show up if your account has access to the beta features. I needed them for my ai for furniture design
project, so I contacted support and they enabled it for me. You might need to check if your plan includes it or just reach out directly for access.
