Wordpress Format (which is the correct one?)

Hi All, hope all is fine.

I am strugguling to have an output that can be easy to post in Wordpress, but I am having always this format:

My prompt for the format output are the options below:

" Structure the text in H1, H2 and H3 headlines"

or “Structure the text in H1, H2 and H3 Tags to be posted in Wordpress.”

When I ask to have an HTML output is better, but I am always need to convert to Blocks or remove unnecessary spaces from the text.

Any idea how to have a smooth output content to WordPress ?
