Hi there everybody,
I am in the process of creating an automation that handles all of our bill and credit note data. However, when adding in a step in to check if an invoice already exists so I can update accordingly, I can’t map the dynamic content for Tracking Option - as it does not exist. In the ‘Create an Invoice’ module, these fields do exist - just not in the ‘Update an Invoice’ module. Does anybody have some advice as to what I should do here?

As both the tracking’s “Name” and “Option” are retrieved dynamically from your Xero account, it seems more like an issue with your Xero connection.
“Name” is retrieved first, then the “Option”. They can both be mapped manually then.
In case you still do not see them in the “Update an Invoice” module, I would recommend trying to create a very new connection and potentially contact Make support in case it wouldn’t help.

Don’t know the data structure of input data you are mapping. The issue can be with the mappings. Could you lease share the output bundle of array aggregator and the previous module???
How to Share Input/Output bundles
To obtain the input and output bundles for each module:
- Run the scenario or retrieve it from the History tab.
- For each module, click the white speech bubble located at the top-right corner.
- Select “Download input/output bundles” from the dropdown menu.
This will allow you to download the necessary data for further analysis and sharing.
Method 1: Attach a Text File
- Copy the output data.
- Paste the data into a text file.
- Attach the text file to your ticket.
Method 2: Direct Sharing
- Use the direct sharing option available in the reply section. Please refer to the image below for guidance.
