I have a scenario that GPT is writing a press release for me and pulling email address from a google sheet and the zoho email module is sending emails and this is all working very well. But the emails the person is receiving has no formatting so it is just one big bunch of text with no carriage returns to break up the paragraphs. I have tried HTML and Plain Text and neither one fixes the issues. I can’t seem to find any information about this with Google or make knowledge base searches.
