About this module, to where go the files ? Is temporaly ? Or is go to storage in some place?

It is temporary. If you want to store the data from this module, you have to use data storage
Any scenario data worked with during the scenario needs to be saved somewhere if you want to retrieve it at a later date.
This includes file binary data.
You can save your files by uploading it to an app that does file storage, like Google Drive.
