Accountability challenge: we need Ring central -> end call -> update lead on CRM

We would like RC to trigger after a call ends on any of our multiple extensions (we have more than 20 phone extensions splitted in 4 campaigns) some of the sales reps are underperforming in the sense that dont call their assigned lead within the first five minutes, in order to automate things, I have thought of this scenario:

Our goal is to add transparency, and accountability for each lead/rep

RC call ended → Search Phone # in podio (to find the customer) → adds a cooment (using timestamp, extension_id, duration) and maybe a formula with (engaged time - arrival time = 1st touch time)

(Also i want another feature from make to RC that I dont see …and its the “Team chat notification” i can see send SMS, but i want to also send a team chat notification to each team when the 1st scanerio runs (lead comes in—blah blah → RC Team notif “A new leads has arrived”)

how do i get ALL the extensions under our RingCentral to trigger after they end a call to grab its ext_ID? I’ve tried using the RC Developer platform for the hook, but i must be missing something here.
