I’d like a workflow for Ai Agent - Google Calendar that ensures customer contact information is secure (prevents Ai Agent from viewing customer phones and emails from existing appointments on the calendar).
What is the problem & what have you tried?
Yes, the system prompt written to prevent the agent from disclosing customer information does work. But since agents are not perfect is there a way to build this into the workflow somehow?
I know you can give agent access to a public calendar that only displays free/busy times slots so that it can identify them and not double-book those slots. But what about if you wanted your ai agent also to reschedule or delete appointments, then it needs to be able to identify the customer who is requesting a new appointment by either phone number or another way and then compare that to other phone numbers, which means that it would need access to customers’ personal information. This is what i am trying to solve. Any ideas?
