What are you trying to achieve?
I have very recently gotten into learning automations so I have a very limited and fresh understanding of this platform.
I created my first AI Live chatbot using various tutorials on YouTube and primarily the chatbot seems to be working fine. I run the chatbot widget off of GHL’s site and chatbot platform. However, the one issue I can’t seem to figure out is the AI’s memory. I’ve read a couple things about “Threads” but I haven’t been able to understand it good enough to solve my problem. The AI seems to treat each new message as a new conversation, even when the AI asks for a question itself.
The automation I’ve made is pretty simple too, can it be that it needs extra steps to retain memory?
