Alternative to save PDF pages with specific words

I have an PDF document that has 3.000 pages and I need to search specific names in it and save/extract the pages. I was using PDF.co but it became to expensive because the number of pages.

Any ideia of an API that is free to run this kind of scenario?

If you are working only on one document, Make may not be useful…

If you are an even basic Linux user, the script given here is elegant.
Adobe also gives a plugin, the detailed explanations are given here.
