Best way to extract specific pages from a PDF

So, I have a huge PDF (4.500 pages) and I need to search a specific string and then export the pages that contains this strings.

I used some APIs like PDF.co but I run out of credits almost immediately, this process is going to be respected several times.

Any ideia how to do it without using external API? I think GPT is also out of the question because it will take several tokens, I guess.

In what format? JPG/PNG images? I mentioned a few apps that does that here, with examples Convert PDF to Images - #2 by samliew, you’ll just need to filter out the pages you want.

You can only do this with apps that connect to external APIs, so you’ll need a budget for this.
