We own a Travel Agency and we put a lot of effort into supplying all the information. People will still ask for the price or date of travel etc even though the information is already there.
I set up the BOT but there is only an option to follow 1 post. Is there a way that it will follow all of our posts?
That’s a great idea! Currently there is no such module for that.
Also, I don’t think you want to use “Post Comment Reply” module – as that replies to the Post itself, and not the user’s comment. Make also does not have a Facebook module to reply to a specific comment.
You can submit these suggestions to the Idea exchange, under App improvement ideas. Don’t forget to search for it first, just in case someone already suggested it!
Currently MAKE is only responding to a SPECIFIC post. I really want it to monitor all posts and respond to all comments.
