As I trigger a “send an email automation” within my board it always attatch the email has sent to the update section of this specific item. Does someone have an idea how to prevent this action or how to delete these new update that include the emails content?
Not a direct reply, but you can use Make 
to send email, either with Outlook, Gmail or others. You can create fully customized HTML emails, and they wont be logged to Monday.
