Odd Behaviour - Monday Webhook to Make delay

Hi all,

Just want to see if anyone else has experienced this?

I had a webhook trigger on multiple items (approx 90) within Monday.com on 1st October. The scenario should run immediately and extract email addresses from the items before sending an email (approximately 450 emails). I can see in Monday that the trigger executed as normal on 1st October, but for some reason the Make scenario only ran today! This generated a lot of out-dated payment reminders that of course has caused some confusion with our clients.

Looking at the scenarios that ran today, I can see that the trigger date/ time was indeed 1st October at 9am, but looking back at the logs it doesn’t appear to have run at all on the 1st. There weren’t any errors reported on the 1st either.

Just wondered if anyone had experienced similar and if they found out what the cause was? I just need to make sure it doesn’t happen again!

Thanks

Hi @James_Lee

Ensure your scenario is scheduled correctly. It should be active, with the settings configured to trigger immediately as data arrives.

Hi Msquare_Automation,

Yes, the scenario is set to run immediately and has otherwise run as normal. It just appears that on this particular day it didn’t run, but also didn’t log any errors. It then ran the scenario randomly using those triggers a few weeks later. It’s not something I have had issues with before, so just wondered if I am alone, or if it was just an odd glitch.

Hi @James_Lee

It’s unfortunate this happened, so it would be best to raise a ticket to resolve this type of glitch.
