I made an automated form with tally and chatgpt, only even by inserting HTML code when the responses to my form are sent the email is a block of text that is not at all aesthetic for the reader, I don’t know how to do it to modify chatgpt’s answer so that it bolds titles and skips lines

I would suggest that you tell ChatGPT via the prompt to format the content as HTML.
Hopefully that should get you the content in an easy to read format.
