We had recently set up an automation to auto-compute age in Pipedrive. We have a date of birth and age field. It was working fine, but recently it keeps getting deactivated. See image

As expected, you may also use hardcoded Age âvalueâ
Pipedrive custom fields have these long, pseudo-random parameter names.
Is it possible that you changed something in the Pipedrive custom field? Even though the field label in Pipedrive might still be âDate of birthâ, the actual parameter name might have changed. Make uses the field name, not the label.
Hi @DavidGurr_Make it just automatically changes when you save. But it is only Date of Birth. I also did not change anything on the custom field.

@aamag when you get the error, if you click on the speech bubble for the first module youâll see the input and output bundles for that module.

Please let me know if thereâs anything else you need. The new person event seems to working just the updating. Also, we are following AUS date dd/mm/yy. If that would be an important factor.
Thatâs the issue ⌠the output bundle from the New Person Event doesnât seem to contain any data from Pipedrive. Thereâs literally nothing there.
Iâm not sure what could have caused this. You could try deleting that module and setting up a new New Person Event trigger (which will create a new Webhook in Pipedrive to send the data).
If that doesnât work, Iâd recommend raising a case with the support team.
You have provided the wrong output bundle.

In the output bundle you posted, I see the following line for your Date of Birth custom field:
"6822c9d679b6d5619bb460bdfe02df70c5f14d54": null
So the Date of Birth field in that Person record hasnât been filled in. In that case, you canât compute the Age value ⌠so Iâd recommend simply putting a filter on the path between the two modules.
Right click on the path between the two modules and select Set up a filter.
Add a descriptive label, such as âIf not nullâ.
The first condition field should be your Date of Birth field.
Leave the comparison as Text operators: Equal to.
Select null for the second condition field, as shown below:
