Automatic script activation

Hi everyone!

I would like to warn you in advance that this is my first time working with make and my question may seem strange.

The gist is simple: I created a simple script to get information from a Tilda form and pass the data to Airtable using a webhook.

However, the script can only be run once (the “Run once” button). Is it possible for my script to be constantly on and not turn off every time after receiving data?
That is, I want the script to fire automatically every time the user enters data into the form. Thank you
