Automatically create Quickbooks Projects with Make.com

Hi all, I’m an event planner, and I use Make.com to automate some of my workflows, but I haven’t figured out how to automate project creation in QuickBooks when a new event is confirmed. I want all the financials to be tracked automatically in QuickBooks once a client confirms an event.

Does anyone here have any information that can lead me in the right direction?

There is no modules in Make that allows you to manage projects and quickbooks itself does not even have an API to do so. They do say its in the works.

Another option is to use the modules avalible to create a workflow that can automate the management of a client. You will be able to create automations that can be triggered by a confirmation by a client. It seems like you need to get a little creative.

This might not be exactly what your looking for but currently itll be the only option.

@Olivia, @Jake7, I’ve spent too long looking for the same thing!! I found an automation tool that can do this! It plugs in with Make.com as well, you just need to use the HTTP request node.

It’s called https://clickr.cloud, it works well for me. Hope you found this helpful
