I recently built a Client Board Enrollment workflow in Make.com using Google Sheets and Trello.
The goal was to automate the repeated setup work that happens whenever a new client is added. Instead of manually creating boards, lists, and updating tracking records, the scenario now handles the process automatically.
The workflow starts from Google Sheets, checks the client data, searches for the related Trello board, and then uses routers, repeaters, and iterators to create the required board structure and organize everything properly. It also updates the sheet once the process is completed.
