Automating Data Comparison and Updates in Excel

I’m looking to accomplish the following: Use a prompt with ChatGPT to obtain specific information (Company name, Industry or Sector, Competencies/sectors, Segment, Is it a B Corp?, Activity sector). Once I have the desired result, I want to load the data into an Excel file (e.g., Excel1), then compare it with the data in another Excel file (Excel2). If the data exists, it should search again, but if it doesn’t, it should add the new company. I’m not sure how to achieve this. Does anyone have an idea of how to do it? Best regards!
