Automation successfully runs but email isn’t sent

Hi everyone.

I have a client that is automating a process and the final step is to send an email. The automation runs successfully in full (no errors) but the email is not sent.

They are using the Microsoft email module. However, they mentioned they registered their domain somewhere else and are just using Outlook as their interface.

Should they be using the email module instead?

Plus I am curious how to get an image signature in the email body.
