Automation using Twilio and WhatsApp

Hi All, First time post here. I’m trying to set up an automation so if an employee sends a technical query through whatsapp they get a response back through whatsapp. I’m using GPT and Twilio and thought i had cracked it after a umber of hours but then i got an error due to reaching the maximum whatsapp limit of 1600 word counts. I have tried adding filters to reduce the word count, under 1600 goes to Twilio for a response and over 1600 goes to GPT again to reduce once more but the filters simply aren’t working as i had hoped.
I’ve tried adding a text parser and then composing a string but neither of these are working and i’m now in a bit of a tizz. Is anyone able to advise me on this please?
