What are you trying to achieve?
I am trying to attach files to tasks or messages in Basecamp 3 using the Make module. In the previous Basecamp 2 module, there was an “Add an attachment” field, which made it simple to upload files directly. However, I noticed that this feature is missing in the Basecamp 3 module
Steps taken so far
I have explored the available options in the Basecamp 3 module, but I can only add file links manually instead of uploading actual files. I have also reviewed the API documentation and tried using the HTTP module to upload files separately, but it complicates the workflow. I tested the workflow, but I still couldn’t succeed

Thank you for your response.
- Screenshots of Errors: I haven’t encountered specific error messages, but the issue is that the Basecamp 3 module in Make doesn’t support direct file uploads like the Basecamp 2 module did. Instead, I can only attach file links manually.
- Why Basecamp 3? I’ve been working with the latest version of Basecamp for quite some time now. Unfortunately, using the Basecamp 2 module in Make is not an option, as it is not compatible with the latest version of Basecamp.
I’ve reviewed the API documentation and attempted to use the HTTP module to upload files separately, but it significantly complicates the workflow. If you have any suggestions or workarounds, I’d really appreciate your input.
Looking forward to your advice!
