Need to create an automation wherein when a member upgrades their membership for our newsletter, built on beehiiv they get access to our Telegram group and similarly when they downgrade their membership to free tier they get removed from our Telegram group. How can I get this done?

The thing is the member is not part of the chat already, we’ll allow them into the chat only when they complete purchase, so I believe the promote feature will not work, it needs to be an invite link sent to the person’s Telegram chat and also make sure that the invite link cannot be shared ahead and used by anybody else.
Incase a user changes their Telegram user ID after joining the group, we should also be able to know the updates user ID and kick them off the group if their subscription drops to free tier.
