Two years ago I left a startup which was a Make.com customer. I created the account and in a hurry had used my personal credit card for the billing. I just noticed that I’ve been charged for the past two years and I would like a refund / for Make to charge the company instead.
Since I left the company, I no longer have access to my account, so I can’t login and cancel the subscription or contact support. I also don’t see any email support option, so outside of this post, I’m pinging people on LinkedIn.
I don’t want to do a credit card chargeback, but I also don’t know what else to do. Can someone from the Make team reach out to help me?

For account issues like this, directly contacting support can often lead to a faster resolution. They have access to your specific account details, scenario and scenario logs, server-side logs, and internal tools and resources, which allows them to investigate more thoroughly than what you have access to. Additionally, sharing sensitive information about your situation might not be suitable for an open forum discussion.
You can open a new ticket, or if you are unable to login for some reason, you also can reach support using the contact form on the website.

Right so the issue is that I signed up with my company email, left the company, and no longer have access. But the Make.com account is still using my personal credit card. The link you shared with the contact form on the website doesn’t actually have a contact form it seems. What’s the best way for me to talk to support?
Oops, the form was removed from that page in the new website redesign.
You can create a new free Make account to access the ticketing system (which is only available to logged-in users now unfortunately).
