Two years ago I left a startup which was a Make.com customer. I created the account and in a hurry had used my personal credit card for the billing. I just noticed that I’ve been charged for the past two years and I would like a refund / for Make to charge the company instead.
Since I left the company, I no longer have access to my account, so I can’t login and cancel the subscription or contact support. I also don’t see any email support option, so outside of this post, I’m pinging people on LinkedIn.
I don’t want to do a credit card chargeback, but I also don’t know what else to do. Can someone from the Make team reach out to help me?
