Birthday - Extract Day & Month

I have a google sheet where the birth date is entered in.

Currently I can get the 1st and 4th row to send an email because I can make it match today’s date.
How do I set up a filter so that it just looks at the day and month and if that matches today’s day and month then it passes the info through?

TLR - I want to set up a filter to extract a day and month to match today’s day and month.

I worked it out.
All I had to do was remove the “YYYY” from the format date and it worked.
