Bolddesk automation

Hello, please i am having an issue trying to filter tickets in bolddesk. I am using the requesteremailId as the filter, but it is not working

Bold Desk doesn’t filter with requester Emai lId, it usually expects requester.email or the actual requester Id number. Check the fields coming from your previous module and use that one. That’s the fix.

Thanks, i used requester email and Q has the value of the filter; it seems bolddesk uses a different method to filter
