Building a conversational Email Assistant

Hi, I would like to build a conversational Email assistant. I have a chatbot already built with Voiceflow. My use case is that I email our customers and when they respond, I want my chatbot to continue emailing them back and forth until they would like to hop on a call with me. Then I want to receive a notification or schdule a call with them.

I would like to use make.com but I am not sure where and how to start. Any pointers or help is appreciated. thanks
