I am trying a create a workflow that responds uses openAI to respond to an email under the same thread.
I have successfully enabled it to respond in the same thread but each email creates a new thread in openAI, hence the initial conversation is forgotten. How can I configure this so that a new message on the same email thread falls under the same openAI thread?
