What is the problem?
Organisation 7140005, team 1379170, EU1 zone.
I cannot create any Google connection in Make. Gmail and Google Drive both fail the same way.
What happens: I open a Google module, click Add next to Connection, name it, and sign in. The connection appears in the module’s dropdown afterwards, but it is never actually saved — it does not appear under Credentials → Connections, and the Make API returns no Google connection for my team. Any field that loads remote data then fails.
Errors seen:
• [401] Request is missing required authentication credential. Expected OAuth 2 access token, login cookie or other valid authentication credential.
• [403] Method doesn't allow unregistered callers (callers without established identity). Please use API Key or other form of API consumer identity to call this API.
• "Failed to load data!" on any dropdown that queries Google
What I have already ruled out:
• Google Workspace app access control: Make (client ID 408604349651-…) is configured, Verified, and set to Trusted / All Google services for my org unit
• Signed in as [email protected], which is managed by the naomikorolew.com.au Workspace — the same Workspace the Trusted setting applies to
• Tried in both Safari and Chrome on iPadOS, pop-up blocking disabled
• My existing Trello, Jotform and WhatsApp connections all work normally, so the account and team are otherwise fine
Could you check the server-side OAuth logs for my team and tell me why the connection records are not being created?
