Cannot connect twitter legacy not fetching data frome facebook

I just want to post facebook posts to twitter but i cant connect either one legacy or v6 to the api v5 not outputing bundle or package from facebook thus transfering nothing to v6 but i get a 403 duplicate content or tweet error when i have just one post at a time… and just one text prase… i added the bundle id to v6 but nothing gets through v5

i have both callback urls in my twitter app on read and write… entered the keys and it just loads and never connects
