Can't login

Hi, my credentials stopped working to login to my Make.com account. I tried the reset password but never got the email. Now I’m locked out with too many failed attempts but there is no indication of what that means or how long to wait or what to do to unlock it.

Tried Helpdesk but they never seem to respond in days.

Does anyone know how to unlock an account?

It unlocked itself after about 15 mins and then the password reset started working again.

Do you use a password manager?

I personally use Bitwarden, plus it also can auto-fill 2FA codes if you set it up!

I do, it wasn’t a password issue and like I said the password reset also wouldn’t send an email but for whatever reason it is now good again.

You do, however, need to be logged in to Make to be able to open a ticket.

So, if you ever find yourself in a similar situation where you cannot access your Make account, you can contact the team through this form and select “Anything else” in the dropdown.
