Can't login in any way

Is anyone else having trouble logging into their account?

If I try to sign in with Google like I’ve always done, I get this error: “400. That’s an error. The server cannot process the request because it is malformed. It should not be retried. That’s all we know.”

Also, when I click Lost Password, I get an email but the link takes me to a page that says “400 Bad Request Verification code for resetting password is not valid”

I sent support a ticket almost 3 hours ago and haven’t heard back other than the confirmation of ticket email.

what happens if you try either in another browser or in incognito/private mode. If it works then you need to clear your browser cache. If it doesn’t work you will need to contact support.

The problem was a browser extension that blocks cookies. I’m an idiot for missing that!

Haha not an idiot at all! Stuff like that happens to the best of us. Great that this got resolved :slight_smile:
