Choose where to start option is not being saved

:bullseye: What is your goal?

I’m trying to integrate Vtiger with Brevo. I need new contacts created in Vtiger to be transferred to Brevo.

:thinking: What is the problem & what have you tried?

I’ve added a “watch records by created time” module, but the “choose where to start” options aren’t working; the settings aren’t being saved, and therefore no contacts are ever received because it seems there’s no start date. I’ve tried it in other browsers, and it doesn’t work there either.

Hello @Cristina_Gonzalo, and Welcome to the Make Community!

Your selection is being saved, it just doesn’t show it to you the next time you open it up. Make is keeping track internally of the latest record it pulled so that it pulls only new stuff next time.

You can click Run Now or Run This Module Only to see the result. When you’re done, set it back again to your desired selection.
