We’re challenging you to show the community what’s possible when you combine Make’s powerful AI and automation platform with Voiceflow’s advanced conversational AI.

To make this our biggest challenge ever, we’re offering our most valuable prize pack yet.

The Grand Prize (Worth Over $18,000!)

That’s right. This is your chance to build something incredible and win a grand prize valued at over $18,000 USD!

The Grand Prize winner will receive:

Your Mission: What to Build

Now that you’ve seen the prize, here’s your mission: Build and submit your most innovative Customer Experience (CX) solution that uses both Make and Voiceflow.

How you’re going to connect to Voiceflow is up to you —we recommend you install and use the official Voiceflow app, but it’s up to you - you can connect via basic webhook and HTTP modules, or use one of the community apps. If it connects to Voiceflow to create a smarter, more dynamic experience, it’s eligible!

No Pro plan? No problem! We want everyone to be able to build. So we’re giving participants free Make credits and a free monthly Voiceflow Pro plan to bring your ideas to life. (See “How to Enter” for details!)

Think beyond simple Q&A. We want to see solutions that can think, act, and automate. How you combine the platforms is up to you!

This is a multi-stage event. Here’s what to expect:

• Nov 18: Challenge LAUNCH & Kick-Off Webinar!
• Dec 1 (EOD): Submissions CLOSE
• Dec 8: Finalists Announced! Our internal Make experts will review all entries and announce the finalists.
• Dec 15: Grand Winner Announced! Our official Community Champions will review the finalists’ solutions and select the grand prize winner.

The Rules

• Your CX solution must use both Make and Voiceflow.
• You must submit your original work.
• Only one submission per person.
• All submissions and descriptions must be in English.
• Provide enough detail (description, blueprint, video demo) for judges to fully understand your project.

You have the skills. You have the tools (and now the credits!). Go win that prize.

In Make, there are 3 Voiceflow modules built by the community. Which one is the official module I can use for this challenge? Or do I need to use a basic webhook and HTTP modules for the project?

You can connect to Voiceflow in any way you want, you can use the official Voiceflow app, you can connect via basic webhook and HTTP modules, or use one of the community apps. Whatever you choose - its eligible as long as it connects to Voiceflow Good luck!

Let’s give a huge round of applause to our awesome, talented winner @KaiHuxmann who blew our minds with his unified customer orchestrator solution.

Fixing the core problem of chatbots having no real data access. The multi-agent architecture with secure OTP verification is a rock-solid way to manage the ‘digital front door.’ Huge congrats to Kai! Looking forward to seeing where this goes next!
