What specific problem did you aim to solve?
I wanted to make it easier for non-technical professionals to build and deploy custom AI chatbots for their personal or business needs, without requiring coding knowledge or technical setup.
Why was this particular solution necessary?
AI assistants are becoming more common, but most platforms are either too technical or too rigid. People I know often have specific use cases—like summarizing emails, organizing projects, or prepping reports—but lack a simple tool tailored to their workflow. Breezy Bot gives them an accessible, guided interface to create useful bots without the overwhelm and allows me to offer an easy to use solution for people I know, or people on my team.
Who is the intended user of this solution?
My internal team and other people I know that often ask me for chatbots but don’t know how to set them up. I hope to roll this out as an actual paid solution.
Provide a brief overview of your solution and how it tackles the problem.
Breezy Bot is a simple chatbot-building platform that allows individuals to create their own AI bots tailored to personal or business needs—no code required. Users answer a few onboarding questions, and Breezy Bot builds a functional, pre-configured assistant that can draft emails, summarize documents, generate ideas, and more. It tackles the problem by offering AI tools that are usable without technical expertise.
What were the biggest challenges you faced while building your solution?
One of the biggest challenges was creating a system that balanced customization with simplicity. We wanted users to feel like the bot was personalized to their workflow without overwhelming them with too many decisions or settings.
What are the key modules and functionalities used in your solution?
We leveraged Make.com to automate the bot-building workflow, integrating Claude and GPT for natural language capabilities and a templated bot prompt for tailored onboarding. We also used Airtable for flexible data storage and used unique ids and filtering to ensure chat history is accurate and relevant to users.
What are you most proud of about this solution?
I’m most proud of how accessible and empowering Breezy Bot is. People who never imagined they could use AI in their daily work now have their own assistant—one that speaks their language, fits their needs, and helps them save time every day. This new solution has been great to offer my internal team, friends and family and I know it’s going to be a great new offering for my company to roll out.
What feedback have you received from the users of your solution?
internal team has provided positive feedback sharing it’s very easy to set up and resulted in their own agent up and running in minutes. They’ve described Breezy Bot as easy to use, surprisingly helpful, and “way more useful than ChatGPT on its own” because it’s tailored to their specific tasks.
What measurable improvements has your solution achieved?
Some users reported saving 4–6 hours per week on admin tasks like email drafting, research summaries, or brainstorming. My internal team now uses Breezy Bot daily for social media content, client responses, or planning—cutting down on repetitive work and improving turnaround speed.
What makes your solution unique?
What makes Breezy Bot unique is its focus on personalization and approachability. Unlike other chatbot platforms, Breezy Bot requires no setup knowledge and feels more like a “ready-to-go assistant” than a blank slate. The onboarding form translates a user’s goals into a fully functioning bot in under 5 minutes.
How could this solution be improved?
We could improve by letting users easily “train” their bot with personal documents or data sources, without needing a separate upload or API configuration step.
Is there anything else you would like to share about your solution?
Breezy Bot is still evolving, but the core mission remains the same: to make AI useful, friendly, and truly helpful for real people—starting with the people I already know and trust. It’s built to scale as a easy to use tool and could one day power personal assistants for everyday users.
