I want to connect Google Sheets with TidyCal.
I have a Google Sheet named: My Calendar and a TidyCal named: Nowe Chiropraktyka Full Body.
What I mean is that by having the date and time in Google Sheets (My Tab calls UM) in columns I and J, and then selecting the “New” option from column K, it will automatically be saved in TidyCal (by reading the day and time provided in Google Sheets in columns I and J).
Is this possible? And if so, how to do it?
I saw that it is possible to connect Google Sheets with TidyCal on Make.com using “TidyCall - Make an API Call”. However, I don’t know how to do it correctly so that everything works properly.
Please instruct me on exactly what to select and enter in Make.com. Below I am sending pictures of what I managed to find on my own.
Hey @Snap_The_Focus , nice to meet you
Based on your description, I understand that you want to trigger a scenario by updating a few row values in your Google Sheets, is that correct? Then, you would need to use the Google Sheets “Watch Changes” module for that. I’ve been using that and it works awesome!
For TidyCal, Make has a guide for that - https://www.make.com/en/help/apps/productivity/tidycal
What exactly would you like to do in TidyCal? Make’s TidyCal modules are quite limited (they’re only “watch” modules) but this is because TidyCal only offers these endpoints in their API - TidyCal API
As far as I know, Make only relies on the API endpoints of the services they support (e.g. TidyCal) so if an action is not available within TidyCal’s API, Make cannot also support that in their scenarios.
Hope this helps!
